2016-2020: Full-time Caregiver Served as a dedicated live-in caregiver for a very sweet Italian elderly lady, initially on a two-year working visa which extended into additional years while pursuing permanent residency. What began as a professional obligation evolved into a deeply meaningful relationship. When faced with my client's declining health, I made the compassionate decision to remain in my role until her passing in 2020, demonstrating my commitment to professional responsibility and personal integrity. 2021. A Pivot to Cybersecurity My interest in cybersecurity was catalyzed by a personal experience with potential online fraud. When evaluating a job opportunity that appeared promising, my analytical skills from previous inventory and merchandising positions enabled me to identify suspicious elements on the company's website, including malicious pop-up advertisements. This experience highlighted the importance of digital vigilance and sparked my passion for cybersecurity.
